Expedited Applications are not guaranteed to be completed in any specific period or time frame. An Expedited Service Request prioritizes a client and an application over other non-expedited applications. The filing and processing time frames only serve as an estimate.
Certain applications may require supplemental information or supporting documents to complete the review and processing. Applicants will be notified if additional materials are necessary. If the requested information is not received within sixty (60) days from the date of filing, the application will be considered incomplete and dismissed by the assigned agent. To resume processing after dismissal, the applicant must reapply and repay the processing credit, which is equivalent to the original application fee.
The client affirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and reflects the company's current status to the best of their knowledge. The Processor (Federal Applications Processor Hoffenmer) is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client. All information will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Transportation as provided.
While the Processor may attempt to identify apparent inconsistencies and seek clarification, the client retains sole responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the submission. Client must submit any additional information necessary within sixty (60) days from the date the Processor begins work on the application. Failure to provide required information or documentation within this period will result in suspension of the application. Reactivation or resubmission of a suspended application may be subject to additional fees.
The additional filing (refiling) submitted in connection with the same application will be completed using the primary information originally provided by the client, unless the client formally submits updated information and expressly requests that such updates be incorporated. No changes to company ownership or company name will be made as part of any refiling.
All application submissions are final and once processed, refunds will not be issued. Refunds will be accepted if requested within 48 hours of filing AND if an application has not yet been processed or submitted with the U.S. DOT/FMCSA.
